1. The scissors are used for the sole purpose of cutting human hair.
2. The scissors are returned directly to HD Scissors for servicing.
Two weeks prior to the scheduled service date, HD Scissors undertakes to remind you of the service date by post, email, text or telephone.
The service carried out by HD Scissors will include whatever cleaning, polishing, sharpening and re-alignment we deem necessary in order to restore the scissors to the state in which you first acquired them. If, in the opinion of HD Scissors, that it is not possible to carry out the service, we undertake to replace the scissors with the same or a similar model of scissors from the current range.
This guarantee in no way affects your statutory rights.
Please activate your Lifetime Guarantee for sharpening, balancing, re-alignment and polishing, by returning your completed Warranty Card supplied with your scissors.
To validate the Warranty you are required to purchase an annual Service Pack either at the time of purchase of your scissors or within 12 months of the purchase anniversay date.
